The Keep-the-Book Guarantee

If a book is not for you, email us at help@scottprattfiction.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the book, or hand it to a friend who might love it more than you did.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

The fine print

Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of your email. Shipping fees are non-refundable. This guarantee covers purchases made at scottprattfiction.com; books bought on Amazon follow Amazon's return policy.
